I don't feel as though I have lost any weight this week. I am trying to prepare myself for the scale on Saturday. Although, I got my act together on Monday as far as my eating goes; I did some major damage on Saturday and Sunday. I have not been in ketosis for about three weeks so today I decided to test myself. I think that the stick was showing that I have a trace amount of ketones. Usually when I go to weigh-in I have a trace amount. It never seems to be too high. I am happy for that.

I am a bit anxious about the weigh in. I know, I know, that is not unusual for me and likely others, but you know how it is when you know you have started to work hard with maintaining your eating and exercise??? You want to see the results. As sad as this sounds, I really do have to prepare myself early for what the scale might do. Deep breath, exhale, deep breath again.

be encouraged. own the scale if it is up or down. stay strong. don't worry about Saturday. re-boot and re-charge.

Hey Bee you dont have to step on that scale, I wait two weeks fluid retention body fluctuations ect stay strong!
