I haven't weighed in today but I just wanted to share my excitement of being a new owner of a treadmill. I got it last night but was too exausted to hop on it after helping my brother clean his house 3 hours of non stop sweating, so I think I had my workout last night. My plan is to get at least 30 mins on my treadmill every evening, it seemed to have worked alot the last time I lost alot of weight. My food portions have been cut down by about 1/3 and I trying to get in as much water as possible during the day and limit my soda to a treat of one a week. I haven't cut out all the sweets but I have cut down a whole lot.
