Are those rice cakes bought or homemade?

They are bought... but I do however wish I could make them lol would safe me a couple of Rands

That's the one thing.... Rice cakes.. I haven't managed to eat those. I tried it. It's just too bland. Reason why I haven't tried it or started using it. They don't really lend much nutrients. Compared to say Provita biscuit has fibre and vitamins in with the avo ontop is delicious and good for you. You might have to eat like 4 Provita's vs one ricecake with mashed avo. Their shelflife is about the same too.

@Eugene300 Rice cakes fills me up, I used to take them as a snack but I’ve seen that they feel my tummy after having them with sometimes peanut butter. So I swapped them for lunch... but I’ll try provitas
