Just got back from my moms birthday supper and man did I eat bad food. I was a little disapointed that she cooked with so much fat but I am greatful she cooked me supper. She ended up mashing the potatoes with cream cheese. She thinks it decreases the fat cause she's not using butter but I really love mashed potatoes with low sodium chicken broth. Even the veggies were fried in butter :( Ow well I considered my birthday (tommorow) my free day but tonight will have to be my free day. I did however for the most part do well with portions. I didnt take seconds so Im proud. :)
