Had a weigh in this am..lost 1.2 pounds since friday....and a total of over 8 pounds since last tuesday....so i am pleased. Its been very hard and so i often feel i should lose more..whcih isnt sensible but my growling tummy is getting the better of me..!! one day at a time...no cheating today...tried my first soy hot dog.....it was not bad...an interesting consistency...reminded me of a strip of plasticene...aha...appetizing!!
