Start of day 7 of the IF experiment. while I did see 325.2 yesterday when I first got home there is no change at my 'official' weigh in time. No disappointment just a data point. Will somewhat stray from the basic eating plan again today. Meeting up after work with the team I lead to hold a 'mini-wake' so we can raise a glass for my friend (and member of the team) that passed this past Sunday. BUT I have the pint of beer and shot of whiskey accounted for in my food tracking. I plan to order something fatty and meaty at the pub as well, just not sure yet.
I encourage everyone to take a moment and celebrate life as well as those people that are important to you in some small way. A moment to celebrate the things that are truly important.
