對啊~超簡單的料理,今天多打一顆蛋下去,整盤都被我吃光光,因為老公怕吃起司,但我超愛,之前怕熱量高都忍住不敢碰,最近在看一本減醣飲食的書發現,原來起司可以吃😁肉燥芋頭糕我就沒碰,是老公的主食-他的最愛,燙菠菜共用,湯品各一😊
