Tomorrow I start zumba twice a week for an hr. If I start to really like it they also have a Sat morning class so we'll see. I dont know how much stamina I've got since it's been a long time since I put in those long workouts but I keep telling myself the quote that was Fri's quote of the day on my desk - "the only job you start at the top is digging a hole".

Today was a pretty quiet day overall. I really wanted to get a long walk in but I'm still suffering with severe headaches. I slept quite a bit because I'm trying not to take a ton of painkillers. My chiropractor advised me they can cause rebound headaches so I try to only take them if my head feels like it's splitting.

Overall I've stayed under my calorie count for the days since I started here so I consider myself successful even though I haven't got in workouts. I tried on more clothes that were baggy that at one time were extremely tight so I'm excited about that too. One day at a time.

While exercise seems like it is the reason people lose weight, mostly it's the nutrition. So if you can't get through the workouts, focus on what you are eating. Hang in there - maybe switching up what you eat will help stop the headaches - you are eating a few things that are triggers for me, but I know everyone has different things that will cause migraines.

Thanks :) I'm trying to battle theough it. I woke up today for the first time without a pounding headache which feels fantastic. I figure quite a bit is stress I've got a ton of it right now with work and home was stressful unfortunately. Hopefully the next few days things will settle down. I'm searching for ways to bring down my blood pressure so migraines don't start. I'm hoping for a good workout tonight. I've never done it before so I'm looking forward to trying it and watching I don't go over my calorie limits. Today I officially step on a scale and I'm a bit worried about the number I'll see staring back at me since it's been so long since I've got on one.
