Pretty angry this morning.... I was suuuuuuper good (if you don't count the 3 beers Saturday night)and maintained my 172.3-172.6 all weekend... UNTIL this morning :( WTF???? The only thing I can imagine is that it is extra water from not being good enough with my water consumption yesterday.... boo. Lesson learned. So the official weight on the scale is 173.6 BUUUUUT I decided to go with the lesser weight that I kept almost all last week, of 172.3. I will bump up the water intake this week and see what I get in a few days. Couldn't drag my ass out of bed this morning to go to the gym, but I think I may try to convince my hunny to go with me after Rylee's swim lesson tonight. That is, if he doesn't go while I am at work today. I am still pretty sore from my workout on Saturday, so it will probably be just running.
