Well, I had to put it up here so I could see it on my graph. I'm down 2.8 from what I was last Friday. I just didn't have the heart to put last Friday's weigh in in. 1.8lbs below my lowest. I just did take off, so we'll see what happens in the next few days. I'm really hoping that I'm off my little plateau, and back on track!
