What a change in the weather! Tipping down this morning so made marmalade, and wild damson jam with the last of last year's pickings in the freezer. The rain stopped at one so we walked on the beach for an hour and a half. Made chicken and chorizo stew for dinner with spinach. 1350 calories for the day, and spot on with fats, protein and carbs!
