I bought some chia seeds. Tried to mix it with coconut milk. Didn't really enjoyed the taste. Don't know what else I can do with them. Just put it into water doesn't look very enjoyable as well.

I put a tablespoon into Overnight Oats, along with 1/2 cup of oatmeal, almond milk, and some fruit like raisins or apples or both. If you soak them they get to be like tapioca pudding but you have to add flavor to them otherwise they are not tasty. They are great for adding fiber to anything - sprinkle them on a salad, mix them with rice or veggies. I don't drink juice but maybe they would be like a sherbet pudding if you soak them overnight with juice.

Thank you. I like the idea of soaking it into juice. It could be tasty. I'll try it with orange juice.

I don't really like them. I tried putting them in smoothies but they sink to the bottom

i hv fruit salad with yogurt and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds on top and eat it together and it's delicious

i sprinkle them on things adds healthy fat and fiber.

i make chia seed pudding. soak them overnight in coconut milk and stevia and add strawberries on top. sometimes i also put a tbsp into overnight oats with some powdered peanut butter.

My daughter gave me a chia pet, so I grow them and eat the greens.

I sprinkle chia seeds on my salads. Also you could try adding fruit and a bit of stevia to the chia pudding. I've also heard a bit of heavy cream to make it creamier.

Kombucha is really great drink for your digestive system and adding in some chia seeds is all the more better! I let them soak in kombucha just a few minutes and then drink it quickly.

try mixing with juice like pomegranate.

Thank you all. Plenty of interesting ideas. Especially I like the idea of soaking it into combucha and pomegranate juice. I definitely gonna try this. I've decided to eat a tablespoon of chia a day since it's so healthy.
