Could Do Better,
No More chips, only a Small snack after 7, drink my water, go on walks in the evening, and PORTION CONTROL!!!!!

Body feels good, maybe some of this weight has converted to Muscle =D.

We'll weigh in next week and see what happens.

58.9 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
