got off my hindend today and went walk/jog for 35 min.. know I would feel better being outside and moving. If I can plan for everything else in my life than I must take control of this as well. No reason for being lazy. Lost 12 lbs and my lab work is still the same !! couldn't believe !! my HDL is low and LDL is high--must stay off of sugar and watch my carbs !!!
