Weighed in this morning and I am down another 1/2 a pound....not a lot, but it is good to see that I am getting closer to my goal! I am sticking pretty good with everything, have a cheat here and there, but I am good with it and I am very happy with my progress! I can't wait to see the scale say 150...it has been so long since I have been there!!!
Meals for the day: Breakfast ~ Grapefruit snack ~ Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt Lunch ~ Chicken snack ~ a piece of fruit Dinner ~ not sure yet
Heading to the gym again today at lunch, feeling really great about the work outs I have been getting in....have a wonderful day everyone!
