IF(Intermittent fasting) / ocd 4 jam makan , 20 jam puasa.. 6 jam makan, 18 jam puasa.. workout weight lift, calisthenic & HIIT.. eat porn food.. junk food : KFC, McD, Carls Jr.
Calories deficit 500-700kkal.
80 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
