Back to where I left off. On Sunday, we moved a bunch of furniture and switched offices etc. It was a heavy work out for someone with my health conditions! The next day, I wake up almost 3 lbs heavier! What!? So I do a little research: if you’re someone who gets really sore the day after a workout (I always do), it can cause 2-5 POUNDS of water retention while the muscles are inflamed. It took me 5 days to get it off, a little at a time, while the soreness finally disappeared. Unreal. So, I feel like I lost a week. Super frustrating, but....ONWARD.
