I thought Paleo was going to work. Even lost two pounds the first day. But then the inflammation came back into my shoulders after I ate some of chicken. Right hand got very stiff, too, and the bumps in the palm hurt if I press on them. So now I'm flip flopping to the other extreme. My plan is to eat mostly vegetables and fruits, lots of legumes, a little grain, and a little healthy fat. Also, cut back on the wine and coffee. I'll take the next few weeks to segue into it, and maybe by the end of the summer I won't feel so bad.
