It got late last night so the makeup work out with hip hop abs didn't happen. HOWEVER, I did two one hour sessions on the treadmill today. The first I burned 326 calories going the distance 3.11 miles and the second I burned 337 going 3.09 miles. I utilized the incline some and up'd my pace later too. I am home now so I just had a protein bar. I am going to draw a bath and I will be indulging in a bottle of Angry orchard. I am tired and a bit sore, but very happy with today's progress. :D
