First day of 3 day hard fast..no food or water till Monday..Bit tired this morning, but other than that I'm ok...very salty dry mouth. no other symptoms. I'm not hungry persay, but I notice how much I want to snack through out the day now.. Coming up on first 24 hours at 7pm EST.

No water? Your body can go many, many, days without food, that's not the case with water. Why no water?

agreed with HardDaysNight, I've gone 72 hr with ease, but I had bulletproof Coffee and apple cider vinegar water and lemon, as well as green tea and plain water. what is the advantage of health benefit of not drinking water for 3 day?

I've been doing Keto eating now for months...Been going well. Dropped alot of weight. Plus IF (intermittent fasting, 16 hrs-20 a day..OMAD I guess). Anyway to answer your question: Dry fasting cause cell level Autophagy. Cell self eating.. Which is perfectly normal for humans. But rarely has a do its job. Three days without water is uncomfortable, but quite do able.There's people that go 7 days without water, (but they've been doing it for years). Autophgy goes into overdrive cause the body starts breaking down Fats and old cells for water. Thus, it helps get rid of wrinkles, stretchmarks, gives body time to track down free radicals etc. All sorts of stuff..particularly Empty fat cells (loose skin)! Dry fasting Puts the process into overdrive. ONE DAY of dry fasting = (roughly) Three days of 'just fasting' or Keto I.F. fasting. three days without water = 9 days without food. This is my first time, and I want to see for myself how well it works. There are MANY resources on Dry fasting online, just like Keto. Recommended for beginners to go no longer than 3 days to start with. Quit as soon as you feel dizzy or woozy with standard protocols for breaking a fast. https://dryfasting.org/ This is my first time Dry fasting, First day was kinda rough. Probably gonna cut it off this morning and drink my salt water and potassium, baking soda and Apple cider vinegar (aka Snake Juice)...But Wasn't QUITE as bad as I thought it was gonna be. :) I'm still carrying on with no food until Monday/Tues. Midnight..maybe longer if I feel like it..

I read for the first time Friday that while dry fasting the water your body needs will be generated from your fat stores. But your body should already be fat adapted.
