Looking for another diet buddy for encouragement, I am quite new and have only one so far who is on holiday just now. I would like to buddy up with another mature lady who will understand how the weight just seems to be firmly stuck to your hips after a certain age. I am not doing too well at the moment but am persevering and keeping away from convenience foods and making my own meals as far as possible. I have given up one vice CHOCOLATE (it was a biggy) and am trying to eat healthy food and watch the portion size. Hope to hear from a new buddy soon.
