Did good on the keto. I lost 1 lb. I hope this is working.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice drop! Whatever you are doing is working for you and that is what matters. Generally speaking, keto doesn't do fruit cups :) Most fruit doesn't work well with the (aprx) under 20 net carbs per day. Not to say you can't have fruit, just carefully measure and make sure it fits under your "ceiling". Again, whatever works for you!
