Terong dibelah 4 dan dipanggang di atas wajan teflon dengan 1 sdm minyak goreng. Telur ukuran sedang 2 butir, dikocok dengan garam+lada, untuk telur dadar bayam. Bayam 1 ikat, dicuci dan dimasukkan wajan duluan utk mengurangi kadar air, baru disiram telur.
