Body fat is down to 15%... WooHoo!!! Life is trying to get me down, but even with all the stress I am biting the bullet and pushing on...
104.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
