I was still really full at dinner time after eating that huge salad w/ enough calories in the ranch to max out. I had a few bites, but just wasn't into it. I ending up having an apple and some fresh brocholli just to get something nutritous in me. Didn't work out, but today is a new day. I hope I am down at least 1 pound for Sat weigh in. I truly have to refocus my workout(or lack of). I am starting to finally control the food, starting to see it a little more each day as a necessity vs. just binging. I am far from where I need to be, but feel like I am finally getting there mentally. I need to get there with the treadmill. Excuses are plentiful for me....One day at a time... I am thankful for what I have lost so far. Go skinny girl go!!!
