LadiRosselott's Journal, 31 Jan 08

I am feeling so much better with WW and eating the foods I love! I had an apple and popcorn yesterday, two of my favorite foods that I hadn't touched in 3 weeks! They tasted marvelous! I went a bit over on my points yesterday (not really, I just hadn't planned on using any of my 35 extra points, trying to just stick to my target poings), but today will be better I'm sure of it. Just overindulged late last night in the foods I hadn't touched in 3 weeks (which were mostly all healthy foods), which wouldn't have happened had I gotten to bed earlier! Saturday is my weigh in day, I am praying for a loss! My fat grams have come down and were at least 10 grams less than even my least calorie day on SB, and yesterday was the most calories I had eaten, so that makes me happy, this is such a better fit for me. Anyhow, happy to be back in the WW saddle!

I simply MUST get something accomplished today! I feel like I spent all day at the computer yesterday!

Happy to hear you enjoyed your WW foods! Even if you scale doesn't show a loss, it doesn't mean you've failed! Reading all the posts on here helped me realize that I am not a small minority who is battling the scale with no apparent reason as to why I'm not winning the war. Perserverence pays off in the end. And this journey is for life so we have lots of opportunities to succeed ahead of us. Have a great day!

Well said (as usual :) That is something I must remember - "Perserverence pays off in the end. And this journey is for life so we have lots of opportunities to succeed ahead of us." In the past I have given up after a while with no success, but that is not to be this time, I can feel it that this is for real and I am in it to win it!
