i hate having to use different scales. I weighed last week at the dr. office.. this was todays weight at the gym... sigh.... at this point...whats the point?
84.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

pay attention to one scale. Yours. If you loose pounds there, you will loose them on the doc scale. My doctor weighs me in the afternoon and I weigh myself in the mornings. Makes about 5 pounds difference. Don't get discouraged!
