I’ve lost 7kgs so far since January. It was been a complete rollercoaster of up and down and the worst part is, no one has noticed a thing. No one has even said anything, I feel like when I’m looking a bit chubby my friends notice but as soon as it’s off, no one says a thing. Anyways, my goal is to get below 70 and then see if people notice, if not, time to hit the gym. I’m not exercising at the moment because it feels like when I do I get absolutely ravenous and I can’t stick to my diet.
