Day 3 of detox--and it's going good!! I felt hunger pangs a couple of times and so I ate a piece of fruit. I'm trying to eat only as much as needed to not feel hungry, and then STOP. I rode bike today 33 minutes. I love all the food items that are allowed on this diet. That really helps me out. Lost another pound.
