Actually weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise so focus on food til you get it right, add in exercise where you can. Good luck!

However for me personally its kickstarting my metabollism. I eat fairly clean everyday but do not excersise regularly. My body needs to move. My back is painfull when I don't walk..... The added spice supplements should help too!!
