My energy level has been really low the last few weeks, and I have had zero desire to workout, I need some pep!!!!

It is never easy but looking at your history you have been doing great... Keep up th emotivation and rather you are where you want to be now and just maintaining or still have a few to go... I am sure you can make it... push through the bla moments and find something that you enjoy that makes you smile ... a simple in home owrk out or at the gym... a firend that can go with you even onc eis a good motivation to go! I have 100 lbs, I am a new member and I understand how motivation is a factor...
