4/28 昨天和同學去西堤吃牛排,晚上又一起逛街吃客家料理,假日真的是不忌口啊!

早餐:7-11三角御飯團➕桂格堅果飲
午餐:清燉牛肉湯
下午茶:蛋塔一個
晚餐:清燉牛肉湯➕10小番茄

運動:30分鐘,跑步機顯示消耗170卡路里

早上體重68.1 (吃過早餐了)
