67 days in a row over 10,000 steps per day and averaging 13,500 plus. I've had a few slips in my eating and stalled out losing weight but I feel I'm back on track and focused once again. My goal is 170 and with the weather improving I should be heading in the right direction.
20 years into the woods...............20 years out, so I'm happy just to be alive and doing positive things.
