Thanks to everyone for all the feedback and tips and support. I agree and disagree with some things and I'll tell you why... I was only eating 900 to 1200 calories per day on low fat intake diet and working out for about 2 hours per day ( and I mean hard workouts, no Pu**y workout!) Heart rate at 135 to 140 for 40 minutes of cardio per day and weights. I wasn't loosing a pound! After my experiments with workouts and diet (eating whatever I wanted to including pizza, cookies, whatever) After 35 days, I decided that something is not clicking with my diet. My body does not like something and is holding onto weight for some reason. That is the reason for the diet change. Maybe processed foods are my nemesis! I thought I was eating healthy... oatmeal, salads, good lean proteins, protein bars, and no sweets... still no weight loss. I FIRMLY believe that every ones body chemicals work differently. Read alot of studies about how the same people ate the same foods at the same times and had drastic differences in sugar spikes. I think that my body may not like wheat and the chemicals that go into processed foods. Hence the reason for the diet change. I rarely make my daily intake of calories.... I am too full and feel like I would be stuffing myself to just make a number. So, all in all, I will continue on this path to see if any major changes take place. I am giving this experiment 5 weeks. I will also be getting blood work at the end of this trial to see if cholesterol numbers are better or worse. Will let you all know.
