So, I've got 7lb to go to my mini goal - any tips on getting there a little quicker but still safely?
I don't want to drop it and gain it right back.
I'm thinking of adding more water and herbal teas??

water, but don't overdo it. and maybe boosting metabolism by zig zagging some calories.

About too much: 'In rare cases, drinking an extreme amount in a short time can be dangerous. It can cause the level of salt, or sodium, in your blood to drop too low. That's a condition called hyponatremia.It's very serious, and can be fatal. You may hear it called water intoxication'

Yasmine what is zig zagging calories please? do you mean increase and decrease? thank you

Yeah like, 800 one day and 1600 the next. Just to boost the metabolism. There's some stuff online to read up about.

I remember a lecturer in college saying something about that, with the water before. I usually drink between 2 - 3 litres a day, some days a little less. That's a great idea with the zig zagging, definitely going to try that!
