I'm mostly craving sweet stuff when I'm tired or stressed out or both. And today I'm craving it badly. I decided to cut off added sugar completely two months ago, but I have at home a lot of sweets packed with natural sugar such as raisins, dried plums and even fruit spread. Usually I'm trying to cut it down as well. Sugar is sugar. So today I ate like four oranges instead. I began to work recently. I'm not used to manual jobs. And working in the department store is mostly manual. But here is a lot of psychological difficulties as well such as dealing with customers. Not of them are nice people. So I get tired really quickly. But anyway I'm really glad to have a job. I was depressed and couldn't get myself together for almost a year. Gained some weight, hated my reflection in the mirror was very weak ant tired all the time. So it is good have a job now. I was even more stressed out and tired when I was looking for it.
