I am 40 and a married mother of 3 beautiful daughters, 10, 16, and 18. I am a full time collage student and graduate at the end of June. I have been chunky my whole life that I can remember. My weight is usually pretty stable, it likes to be between 180 and 190, and will linger there until I put my foot down and say no more. So then I will do all the right things and drop 20. I was doing so good the last time I was happy with 160 and 155 at my low this time. For me it is not to bad but I hurt my shoulder and I have had surgery and sat at home just doing school work and it crept back up on me before I noticed it. So I have a lot of work to do to get back in shape and hopefully looking good for myself and job interviews with my new degree. With my strength coming from God this time I will succeed to keep it off. He will give me strength to fight for what I want.
