I am a 27 year old wife and mother of one. This is my second attempt at the SBD. My first crashed and burned when I lost my job earlier this year. After making excuses for the last month, I am back on today. My son is just over a year old and the "baby weight" has got to go!!
Well I've made it through week one and I am down 3.4 pounds. Thats not a ton, but its enough to keep me focused moving in to week two. My daily meals consist of:
Breakfast - Tall Non-Fat Latte and a Mini Veggie Quiche
Snack - 15 Almonds
Lunch - Chicken or Steak Salad with various low sugar dressings
Snack - String Cheese and Coke Zero
Dinner - Varries ( I try to eat all different meats throughout the week including beef, chicken, pork and fish/shellfish)
The Coke Zero and the Non-Fat Latte are my only caffiene drinks (which we're allowed) the rest is water!
