I'm 32 years old and 5'4" tall. All the women in my family are considered "heavy" and I have never been any different, although even when I was a size 9 in jr high I thought I was fat... I was just bigger than the other girls, not fat. How I wish I were a size 9 now.

I had used this site once before back in 2012 and it helped me successfully lose 40 lbs. I got down to 193 and I had not been below 200 lbs in a LONG time. But then I met my husband in 2014 ( I had already gained back some of my weight) and we got pregnant right away, I gained 75 lbs during pregnancy, and so I am back. Because I want to feel sexy again.

I read this on another friends bio here and it fits me perfectly too! - -
I get close to my goals and think "Hey, I'm doing great! I don't think I need to watch what I'm eating so closely." Or even "Meh, I'm having a rotten week, I'm treating myself!"

So This is why I'm back. This site really helps keep you accountable for what you are doing to help yourself, or what you are NOT doing to help yourself.

So let's begin again.....

My "perfect" weight, is supposedly considered to be in the 120's -130's for my height but I have NEVER been that skinny, I think I would look anorexic. So I am just going to start slow and say that my first achievement will be to get to 180, and my ultimate goal is 150. Where I am neither too fat or too thin.


Mini Goal 1: To be back at my pre-pregnancy weight by my daughters bday in October.
Mini Goal 2: To be under 200 lbs by Dec 2018
Mini Goal 3: As close to my goal of (at least 200) as I can get by summer 2018
