I heard about this site through my cousin and hoping to lose 25 lbs with my gym membership and learning how to eat properly. I have recently insured my leg by pulling my hamstrings and have also thrown off my back and was unable to walk for a few months. I am now ready to exercise, eat healthy, and hopefully get my weight down 25lbs. I have lost some muscle in my leg which I need to build. any help would be appreciated.
