Hi. I am a 44 year old attorney, mother of 4, getting divorced. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life, but am heavier now than I have ever been (even when I was 9 months pregnant)! One of my brothers lost 35 pounds on the Fat Smash Diet. That motivated my mom and another brother to try it.
