I'v tried many times to lose some weight. Most of the times I wanted rapid changes. The best, seriously, the best diet I've been on was Atkins. For me, it was a fast weight loss program. In 2010 I've lost more than 10 kilograms in just 2 months of doing atkins. Like 6 months later, I started work at Mc. Donalds. Wasn't my best option, and I didn't have perseverance to maintain my weight and to lose more. So I gain a lot of kilograms. Every time they tell me to go back to that weight, I get disappointed of myself. BUUUTT... now I'm back on track. I want to lose some weight and not on a fast weight loss program, but by changing my eating habits. When I'm determined to lose weight, it gets easier for me, because i don't get disappointed when I don't see big difference in a week. SOOO, I'm encouraging everybody to lets be the biggest losers at home.
