I was a decent weight as a teenager. At 20, I started gaining weight and didn't really know why. When I was 21 I was diagnosed with a low thyroid. I have been struggling with my weight ever since. About a year and a half ago I was doing great with losing until my husband and I went through a really rough patch. I learned from that experience that I needed to change a lot of things fast. I went back to work after eight years of staying home with my kids, started going to school online, and started working on my marriage. Somewhere in there I gained twice what I lost. It is time to focus on me again. The hard part is learning how.
