50 years old and live in Greece with my wife.
Currently fasting on the 16:8 plan.
Hiking in the mountain daily (40 mins).
Weight training daily ( 5 times a week for 30 mins).
Cut out alchohol (for NOW!).
My goal is to see the "Ferrari" once again that has been locked in the garage of my body fat since I was 40 years old. Time she came out for a spin!
