Married mother of three gained weight during last pregnancy and after birth when put on anti depressants. Despritly trying to lose all that weight now. I am an emotional eater and exercise hater. I have begun my jouney by learning and practicing new physical activities, trying to change how I feel about exercise. And watching what I eat portion sizes and adding more fruits and vegetables (who knew I would ever like carrots lol) I have also put myself on a 1500 calorie a day diet. Hoping to make some new friends here and get some much needed support.
