Always been a big girl, decided its time to get serious (if I don't trim down I'll only get bigger, and not be able to have children). Bought scales (which I used to say was "against me religion") to keep track of the kilos, but also need to keep up the sensible eating and plenty of exercise. I know there's no point starting any dramatic plans that I won't stick to, but I have broken my boredom-eating and religiously-finishing-my-plate habits and am starting to enjoy my walks/jogs (shock-horror!) and bought an excercise bike. Hopefully I will be able to keep this up for the rest of my life!
