I am a 32 year old mother of 1 and have been married for 3 years. About two years ago I lost 80 pounds on weight watchers only to gain it back + some after I got pregnant and had my son. My first journey with weight loss was an easy one and I found that it immediately clicked in my head...this time, not so much. With the joys of being a new mother and transitioning into a work at home position as opposed to being in an office has brought some struggles that have boosted my caloric intake. I am working on finding new ways to revive my resolve and get myself excited about starting this journey for the last time.
