I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. I need to lose about 20 pounds of fat. anything more would just be a bonus. I know I am not FAT fat, but I have excess fat on me that makes me uncomfortable and it annoys me.
6/1/14 Hog dash day is in exactly one month. I would like to lose 10 pounds, but to be more realistic I'll say 5 pounds. I would also like to be able to run 3.5 miles without stopping. Right now I can run about 2.5 miles nonstop.
7/1/14 I hope to lose 10 to 15 pounds and be able to run 4 miles nonstop.
8/1/14 I hope to lose 20 pounds and be able to run 5 miles nonstop.
I do believe those are realistic goals.
