I'm 41 yrs. old. Married with 3 kids. Have worked in road construction for the past 14 yrs. I feel like I need to focus more on being healthy. I've recently returned to shao-Lin karate classes and have started cross-fit. I've worked out for biggest part of my life but just recently started rethinking what I want from my workouts. Hopefully being more conscious of what I eat and how I train will help me to live a healthier lifestyle.
