I'm tired of the hampster wheel!!! I will not accept any of my own excuses any longer. I am the one who i've been waiting for. I am my own best friend and its up to me to push myself when I feel down, to congratulate myself when i've done well and to pick myself back up when i've fallen down.

I'm using a combination of the eat right for your blood type diet and the carbohydrate addicts lifespan program to achieve my goal. I also use intuitive eating along the way.

I started a group for the book i'm reading its called "a course in weight loss - by marianne williamson" This book is filling in the blank spaces for me in my struggles. It is helping me deal with the self-sabotage and the utter defiance within. I have posted my experiences in the groups forum if anyone is interested in taking a look.

If you would like to join the group just search "a course in weight loss" in the groups section and it should pop right up!

Other than that i'm 36 I live and love in Alberta, Canada. I have a husband and 16 yr old daughter and i'm much to young to be feeling this old.
